This session is an introduction and refresher to the sport. Basic rules, court safety, grip, body posture, serve/return of serve and the most common mistakes to avoid will be covered. Light game play and scoring will be introduced.

Saturday April 5th 11:30am-1:30pm

Coached Game Play

Learn while you play. Coach controlled play allows players to make corrections and ask questions in real time as court situations are presented. From common mistakes to proper shot selection, positioning, strategy and beyond, it will be covered.
